Newly appointed Sisters, Charge Nurses, and CNM1s seeking to build confidence in their leadership role
Aspiring Sisters, Charge Nurses, or CNM1s preparing for promotion
Experienced Emergency Nurses with shift leadership or staff supervision responsibilities
The programme delivers education at Level 7* (Master’s Level) to support advanced leadership practice in emergency care.
What’s Included in the Leader Programme?
The Leader Programme features a growing library of recorded webinars, carefully curated to address the key challenges of leading and managing within emergency care. Topics focus on the realities of taking charge of clinical areas, managing teams, supervising staff, and providing effective leadership in high-pressure environments.
New content and refreshed webinars are added regularly, so you can stay up to date and build your leadership skills at a time and pace that suits you.
