Portfolio & Assessment Proformas & Book Recommendations
This page provides portfolio tools to support the evidencing of skills, competence, and professional capability. All tools have been reviewed by the Education and Competency Boards and ratified by the Faculty of Emergency Nursing Board, with many also approved by a Regulated Qualification Awarding Body.
Our aim is to develop a standardised repository of high-quality tools for use across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. We also welcome suggestions of tools currently used in practice — please forward these to president@fen.uk.com.
If you use an e-portfolio, completed tools and other learning evidence can be uploaded to support your professional development.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE EMAIL FORM TO ENABLE THE DOWNLOAD FUNCTION
