FEN Board
The Faculty of Emergency Nursing (FEN) Board comprises a dedicated team of emergency nurses who volunteer their time to develop and advance the Faculty of Emergency Nursing. As a Board, we strive to maintain a minimum of two representatives from England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, ensuring a diverse range of roles and expertise. Additionally, we have associate Board representatives from the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care (FPHC), the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (RCEM), The Royal College of Nursing Emergency Care Forum (ECF) and have extended an invite to RCEM ACP Forum.
As FEN continues to grow in both its subscriber base and its work in delivering education programmes, developing competencies into recognised qualifications, and fulfilling accreditation requirements, we have established two sub-boards that Emergency Nurses can join without being on the main FEN board: the Competencies Board and the Education Board.
