Portfolio & Assessment Proformas & Book Recommendations
This page provides portfolio tools to evidence skills, competence, and capability. All have been reviewed by the Education and Competency Boards and ratified by the FEN Board, with many also approved by a Regulated Qualification Awarding Body.
Our aim is to build a standardised repository of tools for use across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. We also welcome suggestions of tools currently used in practice — please forward these to president@fen.uk.com.
If you or your employer has a CPD webinar subscription, you can upload completed tools and other learning evidence to your CPDme e-portfolio.
