Corporate Membership

Fen are delighted to be able to offer a corporate discount. If your hospital is interested in taking this up please submit the online corporate membership application form below.

On receipt of this application we will forward you our BACS payment details. Once payment is received, your corporate funded members should then apply to join as an individual member choosing the ‘free corporate funded member’ option in membership types, we will confirm against the given names and approve membership accordingly.

Along with submitting the application form below, please compile a list of your corporate funded staff names and their preferred contact email via an Excel spreadsheet and email to; stating the name of your ED.
